Breakfast Time
Photo by George ApostolidisWe all know it's important to start our day with breakfast. We have personal preferences for what that is (I tend to like eggs and other proteins, but some prefer berries or fruit). The point is to have nourishment and energy for what lies ahead. However, I think there is another aspect of breakfast that is also important. It's not just the act of eating, but it's the experience. I had the pleasure of meeting colleagues while "breaking bread" this morning and I notice my outlook is a bit more positive. I admit it's not always possible to sit down and have a meal - but when you do, it is nice.
